During college she tutored at the writing center, did research for the Biology Dept. and the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, and had internships with the Nature Conservancy in the DC area and at a National Park in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Bianca grew up in the Washington, DC area, but her family has recently moved to Miami, FL. Bianca loves all kinds of outdoor activities, from scuba diving to hiking, but can also be found indoors reading apocalyptic novels or watching science fiction. In college, she was involved in a cappella, and she has been singing in a choir since she was four years old. One of Bianca’s main passions is food. She will travel anywhere in the world to try something new, and dearly misses her study abroad program in Thailand where she ate Thai food every day.
